Abstract

Nanoparticles (NPs) present a therapeutic revolution in the context of lung cancer, having several and unique advantages over many traditional drugs, such as increased specificity, minimal side effects on healthy tissues, and increased efficacy. It definitely provides a detailed understanding of preparation techniques for nanoparticles for lung cancer treatment, as well as assessment approaches and therapeutic applications of nanoparticles in cancer treatment. The incorporation of drugs into nanoparticle-based systems is then critically discussed with emphasis on their capability to circumvent MDR and target tumour cell lines. Also, the review mentioned the development in the agnostic application, the nanoparticles that are used both for diagnostics and therapeutic procedures in order to develop a personalized medicine. However, several problems pertaining to translation in the nano-medicine area are exceptional, such as scalability, stability, and regulatory issues. To effectively overcome these barriers, it is crucial to continue interdisciplinary work in order to realize nanoparticles full clinical potential. The conversation turns to advances, how nanoparticles may be combined with novel technologies like gene editing and Artificial Intelligence to design a new approach to lung cancer treatment. It is developed to help researchers and clinicians endeavouring to advance in the section of nanoparticle-based lung cancer therapies by summing up the existing developments and discussing further ideas.
